2- Another easy way to prepare at home:-
The head of garlic is cleaned, the outer peels are removed and the cloves are cut well into small pieces and left in the fresh air for about half a day to dry.
After the period is over, put the cut pieces in a bowl and add water to it, then light a fire under it until half of the water evaporates.
Reduce the fire under the mixture, then add the amount of olive or corn oil to it with constant stirring, until the water evaporates and oil bubbles appear.
Close the fire and filter the mixture through a strainer with narrow holes, then leave it until it cools completely.
Put garlic oil in a clean empty bottle free of odors and water.
Close the bottle cap tightly, then put it in a dark place for two weeks or fifteen days, and after the expiration of this period, the garlic oil is ready to be used in various ways.
